How do I link to a PDF or Word Document?

The easiest way to link to a file on the server is to highlight the text you want to make a link from, click on "Insert/Edit Link", and then click on "Browse Server" in the window which pops up.

If the file is already on your server, you will see it listed in the next window which appears and you simply click on it to select it and make a link to it. If the file is not already uploaded, you can upload it using the "Upload a new file to this folder" field at the bottom of this window.

You will probably also want to open your PDF or Word Document in a "new browser window" (so that it does not open over the top of your web site). Follow the link to the relevant FAQ below.
