Latest additions and improvements to your Content Management System...

Improved Support / FAQs section! We have re-structured our online support system on both the public web site ( and in your Administration System.  We have re-categorised all of the Frequently Asked Questions so that you can more easily find what you are looking for and we have changed the layout of these pages to show you all categories and the most commonly asked questions in each category.

Video Tutorials! We have been adding video tutorials, which take you step by step through common processes such as setting up email software, working with images, adding links and more.  You can find Video Tutorials easily in the support section of our public web site and the support section of your Administration Module - they are identified by the video camera icon .

New Design Template! We have added a new design template (#1210) which is ideal for health and beauty industry businesses or any other business which wants a less corporate and more feminine feel to their web site.  You can view the new template here -

Adding Pages to your Web Site which are not available to the General Public...

Often we get requests from people using our system who want a few password protected pages on their web site which are only available to their existing customers or to some other unique group of people.  While we can setup a more advanced password protected system, often all that is required is for the web site owner to create the "private" pages and not to link them into their web site.  The web site owner can then provide a unique link in an email to the people who they want to see the information on the private pages.

To do this:
(1) Add a new page to your web site via your Administration System.  Name the page something simple such as "clients1".  Set the "Show on Menu" selection box to "No".
(2) Once your page is complete, it won’t be accessible from your web site, as you did not set it to show on menu.  But you can provide a link such as in an email which would open the page.  You can easily update this page as necessary and keep "clients only" information up to date but not easily accessible to the general public.

Remember that any pages you create in this manner are not highly secure as the link you email to people can easily be passed on by them to anybody else.  Do not ever use this method to provide sensitive information - but it can be a simple way to provide existing customers or legitimate potential customers with additional information while keeping the information away from your competitors.
